Personal coaching isn't just for professional runners.  Every runner can benefit from having a coach to help them reach their goals.  Whether you're training for a 5K or a marathon, or simply want to stay or become fit, knowing what to do, how much to do, and when to do it is sometimes difficult.  Just as you would hire a personal trainer to help you lift weights, you deserve a running coach to help you become a better runner.

As an experienced health professional, I will develop a detailed training plan and make every effort to provide information that will keep you healthy, fit, and injury-free.  Whether you want to run fast, or simply finish a race, I can help you get there.  I have had the pleasure to coach all age groups, from child to adult.  I will use my years of coaching experience, personal running experience, and educational background to help you reach your goals.
